We offer a 90-Day warranty for the parts. The warranty period covers any defects in the material or the workmanship of the product. Warranty does not cover any damage done while using the product. If your item is defective during warranty, you can return it for repair or exchange. Please contact us before return it.

Receive wrong item or missing item
 
When you receive the package, 

  • If you find the item is different from what our website shows, please take some pictures of the item you receive, side by side with your original one. Then please contact us and send the pictures to us.

  • If you find there is item missing from your order, please keep all the items in original condition and also keep the packing stuff. Then please take some pictures of the items and the packing and send the pictures to us.

    After we receive your mail, we will investigate the case. If true, we will send you the missing or correct item. Sometimes you are requested to return the wrong item to us.
     
    Receive damaged or defective item
     
    When you receive the package, 

    • If you find the item is damaged, please contact us immediately. Then you need to take some pictures of the broken item, front and back side and the packing stuff.
    • If you find the item can not work on your device, please check if you install the part properly. You could try to reinstall it. If it still can not work, please take a video of it, showing the issue you meets, and send the video to us.
      After we receive your mail, we will investigate the case. If true, we will send you a working item. Sometimes you are requested to return the defective item to us. 
       
      Purchase an item wrongly or do not need the item any more when you receive it
       
      If you order a wrong item or you do not need an item when you receive it, you can return it to us. But you need to make sure the item is new condition, unused, in original packaging, labels still attached, with no attempted installation.
       
      Note: All non-defective products returned to myFixParts.com for refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee. And you need to pay the return shipping fee.
